Im Geltungsbereich des TV-L wurde am 01.01.2019 die bisherige E9 mit besonderer Stufenlaufzeit in der Stufe 2 übergeleitet in die neue Entgeltgruppe E9A übergeleitet.
Gesetzlich geregelt ist das in [https://www.gesetze-bayern.de/Content/Document/TVUeLaender-29b §29bTVÜ-Länder]<br>
§ 29b TVÜ-Länder<br><br>
(2) Beschäftigte der Entgeltgruppe 9 mit einer besonderen Stufenlaufzeit in der Stufe 3 von sieben Jahren
<br><br>
– deren Arbeitsverhältnis zu einem Arbeitgeber, der Mitglied der TdL oder eines Mitgliedsverbandes der TdL ist, über den 31. Dezember 2018 hinaus fortbesteht, und<br>
– die am 1. Januar 2019 unter den Geltungsbereich des TV-L fallen, sind in die Entgeltgruppe 9a übergeleitet. 2Sie sind wie folgt einer Stufe und innerhalb dieser Stufe dem Jahr der Stufenlaufzeit unter Mitnahme der Restzeit zugeordnet:

Überleitung von E9V nach E9A

Im Geltungsbereich des TV-L wurde am 01.01.2019 die bisherige E9 mit besonderer Stufenlaufzeit in der Stufe 2 übergeleitet in die neue Entgeltgruppe E9A übergeleitet. Gesetzlich geregelt ist das in §29bTVÜ-Länder
